Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the product is not useful to you — no lengthy questionnaires and no hoops.

This covers:

• Derek's Home Clean Book
• Fridge Command Center Pack
• Bathroom Reset Pack
• Backyard & Grill Mini
• Any bundle or add-on purchased in the same funnel

Email derekjohnsoncleans@gmail.com with:

• The email address used at checkout
• Approximate purchase date (if you know it)
• A short note that you'd like a refund (optional reason helps us improve)

We process refunds within 1 business day — usually the same day. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the credit on your statement.

These are instant digital downloads. Asking for a refund does not require you to “return” a physical item. After a refund is issued, your license to keep using the files ends — please delete downloaded copies.

If you paid but never received your email, that is usually a delivery issue — not a reason to wait out a dispute. Email derekjohnsoncleans@gmail.com right away and we will resend your links. Check spam/promotions folders first.

Please contact us for a refund before opening a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks create extra fees and delays for everyone. We are happy to refund eligible orders directly under this policy.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or future sales in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated buy-and-refund patterns, fraud, or payment disputes after a refund was already issued).

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Purchases are covered by the policy in effect at the time of purchase, unless a change is more favorable to you.
